Medical transcription is a crappy job, but it is not one that Americans "won't do". An American transcriptionist, trained and experienced, would have at least rechecked that dosage (since it was 10X the normal dosage).
If we were serious about getting people back to work, we would reward companies who hired Americans to do these service type of jobs and get the help lines back in the US as well as transcription type jobs.
