I’ve been wondering about “the guy in the woods” too. He was reported as in custody, and saying “I didn’t do it” I too thought he was the brother, but the brother was questioned I NJ. Who was that guy, and why are’t they even mentioning him now?

Tonight, they’re saying that the mother was a substitute teacher at the school, and the principal recognized the shooter as her son, and buzzed him in through a locked door.
Nothing about this shooting has been right since it happened...and I am willing to bet it never will be. The source for all the info on Fox that was wrong was none other than the doj itself.
My tin foil antenna hat says this is another set up to garner support for 2nd amendment repeal.
I’ve also read that the father is still alive, though it was originally announced that he was dead so perhaps we’ll find out the truth as the days move on.
At one point, they reported that his girlfriend was missing. Whose girlfriend? When he was Ryan in the beginning or now that he’s Adam? And, if he has such personality problems, how did he get a girlfriend? Does he have any friends? Isn’t there any public school record of his problems or mental health history, which we learned about pretty quickly in the Colorado movie theatre and Columbine? And, if his mom doesn’t work there, how did he get in and know the floorplan well enough to kill so many so quickly?

Bad information, incorrect information.
The dead shooter, Adam Lanza, had ID from his brother, Ryan, on his corpse, so he was misidentified.
The secure glass door to the school was “apparently” shot out, so references to the shooter being buzzed-in might not be correct.
The principal, the school psychologist and another were "apparently" the first slaughtered. All reports say that his mother was shot in the face at home in her bed and that he took her guns and drove her car to the school. "Apparently," most of the dead little children are from a kindergarten class, however that informative Police Lieutenant has stated that two classrooms were scenes of the slaughter.
Reports say that the shooter, Adam Lanza was mentally disabled. What does that mean? Does that mean he was a slow learner?
I saw a guy interviewed who said he tried to make friends with him in high school to no avail.
I've heard him called a sociopath. I think not, unless he has a criminal record.
His pathology will be interesting. Anti-social personality disorder, Paranoid schizophrenia, drug use, alcohol use, family relations, etc. Looks to me like he hated his mother and likely hated the attention she gave to the kids at the school. Deep, dark resentments.
I hope at least one grieving parent will mention the need to put God back in school = to put God back into the classrooms.
The night before this horrid unspeakable tragedy, the school held its "Winter Concert". How tragic it wasn't the school's CHRISTMAS CONCERT, because now the townspeople and grieving parents are all praying and talking about those poor little children missing CHRISTMAS!

There are many things that don’t add up and you have hit on a lot of them. But very sadly, even if we knew everything about everything, it wouldn’t lighten the load on our hearts tonight. All of the could-of’s, would-of’s, and should-of’s ultimately didn’t, so here we gather with broken hearts. How we address this is a question for tomorrow, tonight we just grieve and cry ourselves to sleep.

A year ago, the rumors would have been that he was bi-polar. Today, the quick reason for unthinkable or multiple murders by one individual is Asperger's, the current soup de jour of excuses.
Actually, this "disease" is known in the medical profession as "Asperger's Syndrome" or "Asperger's Disorder". Not all that much is known about it yet, except (condensed) it's thought to be a milder form of autism.
Physical clumsiness is one sympton of Asperger's....which is interesting in the context of this multiple killing spree.
At any rate, Asperger's, in connection with this murderer, is just wild speculation at this point.
It could very well be this disorder, or bi-polarism (manic/depressive), uncontrollable rage, drugs....or it could be he was just plain evil.

Not only everything you mentioned is accurate (and troubling)....the dead children’s bodies ARE STILL IN THE CLASSROOMS 21 HRS AFTER THEIR MURDER....the bodies are decomposing as we speak...as investigators “continue the investigation”. The childrens bodies should have been at least taken to the morgue
Yes...the false reports. The supposed 2d shooter in the woods. A mother whose status at the school changes every hour. A woman with a mentally whacked out son has so many weapons at home IN A GUN CONTROL STATE

Things do not add up
In grade school, several decades ago, in our very small town; God wasn’t barred from school, computers and cellphones were absent, tv wasn’t the cesspool it is now. We walked single-file, our whole class, down to see the latest holiday window decorations at the little florist down the street from the school just to have an outing. Our principal was an energetic crippled man on crutches. - I’m just homesick for a more innocent time and place, I guess.
It will take a long time to collate the information and try to make some sense of it all, if that’s even possible.
