Like I said, many of us may not like him.. but
he does have influence. And he’s giving this story attention.. so more power to him.
Giving the story attention is great. His pretending that he directly influences events or does a damn thing about them is ridiculous.
This self aggrandizement is standard schtik for many of our talk show hosts. Do you ever listen to them fall over one another as they claim they were the first one to make a suggestion, or that world events took place because they said something? And then they complain that all the other hosts are copying them.
Yes he does have influence, but O'Reilly is the ultimate panderer.
ANY attention on this Marine’s behalf is a positive. Even O’Reilly can be right once in a while.
