It could be the Westboro Baptist Church is under some
psychological operation, pushed by the CIA or NSA or some
other unknown organization, that is using this group as
a false flag to set the tone for some draconian
anti protesting laws or regulations that can be turned
around and used against anyone who protests the state.

All it takes is money and the right person to push
these nutballs in the right direction.

Funny how the left always seems to depend on the
mentally unstable to push their agenda.

Dunno ... I'd heard that they were a family, most of whom were lawyers, who made their money through settlement of bogus lawsuits against people who opposed them. What I was wondering is, if they don't strictly adhere to the teachings of the Baptist church, why the Baptist hierarchy doesn't come after them - excommunicate or kick them out of the club, so to speak, for noncompliance with their theology.

Those clowns tried to protest a funeral here in Huntsville Al. The Westboro Church were given a court order allowing them to protest but they were restricted to an area away from the funerals. It was close enough where they could be seen and heard.

The dumb rednecks here in Huntsville pulled three large buses up next to the designated protest zone blocking the view and left the bus engines running to block the sound.

We may be dumb and we may be rednecks but we did put the first man on the moon.

I attended a military funeral in a small town in Nebraska. The local sheriff took these clown a block away drew a 20x20 square in an intersection with chalk. He told them, you leave this box during the funeral or procession and I can no longer guarantee your safety.

Also 200 Patriot Riders, 100 local police and fire and the military stood between them and the family.

Your sheriff got it right. That’s the way it should be. That way, their First Amendment rights are protected, but don’t supersede the rights of the family and other funeral attendees.

The tried to buy food at a local greasy spoon and the owner told them to get the F out ! This is a little farm town where they are lucky they survived.

I think they need their butts scorched and then I would ask for a jury trial.
