n an article in the Boston Globe, Tagg Romney reveals that his father Mitt Romney had very little desire to run for president and really wasn't interested in the job. Therefore, Mitt Romney wasted millions of dollars in donations and everyone's time by running for president. Did this shock us conservatives? No. Tagg Romney's comments in this article confirms what most of us conservatives knew about Romney already. A important prerequisite for running for president is simple—you must want the job and also play to win. If the republican party does not clean up its act in the near future it will be over as a political party.

I know one thing. I’m tired of Republicans running “fall guys” and “place holders” for President.
He has no intention to be president - and when he already threw his hat in, he had NO idea Palin would not run. He wanted to prevent her from winning - that was his intent. He is the left’s lackey!!
Then he LIED 24/7 about Newt and spent millions on it - his only threat to win the primary. He wanted obama to win. We saw his venom when it came to conservatives but NONE for obama. He will always be a POS and pervert lover!!
What does that have to do with corned beef sandwiches?
My concern here is that Romney did not consider the other candidates as being suitable because they were all too conservative. But there is nothing to support that concern.
We would probably have done well to have quit purging voter registration rolls in Florida this year ~ I think they whacked several hundred thousand perfectly good Republican voters.

Oh my! (I know almost nothing about Bush3 so he might be very good but this country does have over 300 million people... Might not someone with a different name have a better chance of winning?)

WRONG! We need voters to get their head fixed - and I mean in the primaries! They voted for candidates who had no chance of winning - no experience. And they voted and campaign hard who is KNOWN to stick the knife in his base, conservative voters. And then they voted for liberal Romney! Everyone had their own flavor - and it was deliberately set up like that and voters couldn't see it!
They voted for who they 'liked' and NOT who was BEST for the country. The primaries was like 'America's got talent' to them - they vote for their 'favorite'. Idiots!

NOT TO WIN!! He spent millions with attacks against Newt and no venom for obama! He was the guardpost so obama could win! Obama could not win with Newt - voters would have had someone to vote for. Romney was not much different from obama while NEWT IS TOTALLY Different than Obama. He's a fighter for the country he loves.

I had socked away $500 to give to her campaign once she announced, but after her bus tour and all the wink-winks, she did not run.
