The Philadelphia Health Department will install clear plastic dispensers brimming with free condoms at 22 of Philadelphia’s public high schools over winter break.
The schools chosen for the pilot program have the highest rates of students infected with sexually transmitted diseases in the city, Philly.com reports. All students — even those as young as 14 — will be eligible to score free condoms unless their parents sign a form prohibiting them from participating.
The primary issue city officials hope to address with the pilot program is not teen pregnancy, but the growing prevalence of sexually transmitted disease among adolescents.
Teens currently account for a quarter of new HIV infections and STDs in the City of Brotherly Love.
“I support the policy strongly,” Mayor Michael A. Nutter told Philly.com. “This is a serious public health matter.”

This alludes to the reason why “free health care” is such an important issue for young people. The pervasive presence of STDs. Rarely mentioned in the MSM because it is problematic for their agenda but a significant health issue nonetheless.
When I was a 20-something in the 60s, nobody that age gave a rat’s @ss about health care.
Can’t protect them with an armed guard either.
Why are they giving the children a dispenser?
Perhaps someone can go to the district attorney and file a criminal complaint for “contributing to the delinquency of minors” and the local version of “immorality with minors”.

Translation: the strongest students will extract all the free condoms as soon as they are stocked and sell them to a local bodega in exchange for malt liquor.
They could readily sell Sandra Fluke more than her fair share for a 3 bill!
That is not what even worries me.
Remember that surgeon general, what was her last name? Elders? The one that said something about every baby should be wanted? Well before she was surgeon general she did something like this in her school system but Rush later said the condoms were sub standard and the kids got pregnant using them.
History has a way of repeating itself.

I guess they’re assuming the things are going to be used? Yeah, well, in 9 months, I hope they go back to see.

Opt out? Oh please chode! They will just get one from a buddy who’s parents did not opt out. Even I have not been in the convent that long.
In many areas of this country the teen pregnancy rate is sickeningly high. Some studies show that 34% of females will have at least one pregnancy before they are 20.
The lefts answer to this problem is to give out condoms. Of course that involves teaching children how to use them. Complete with the use of bananas and cucumbers for practice. The children still probably won’t use the condoms.
The left won’t teach kids abstinence or allow any morals. Instead they teach them to have homosexual sex and push promiscuity.
Truly sickening and its a lot larger then a few stupid condom dispensers paid for with tax dollars.
