Funny how that works isn’t it? Fatherlessness has been devastating on kids (I work in the schools and THE most troubled students are the ones without the guidance of a father). Many single mothers are at their wits-end by the time the kid is a teenager and are asking us what to do with their out-of-control children.
My husband and I have been married over two decades and have two kids - my daughter (college age) tells me that we are the ONLY intact family among all of her friends.
WE are the anomaly, not the norm!!
