That would have to be my favorite episode of Twilight Zone that I can remember. (didn’t watch it until late 80’s on reruns) Hard to beat the old Twilight Zones, probably saw every episode several times.
Rod Serling's intros really set the mood for each episode.

when i was a kid, they scared me. ole ex-husband made me watch them after we got married. i still can’t watch the ones that creeped me out as a youngster.
