Cox Cable is doing a free weekend of Epix January 4-6 and HBO/Max January 11-14.
Maybe Hunger Games will show up in their Epix-OnDemand.

Saw it at the drive-in this past summer with my son when they had a triple feature. Wasn’t impressed, and probably won’t watch any sequels.

Thanks for the alert. Maybe the picture will serve as a catalyst for some to see what a tyrannical government can become and what to do about it.

The comparisons with the imperial, depraved Capitol under Obama is striking. The DC area is a mass of new construction and prosperous government employees while the districts (AKA states) are decaying while the Feds cook the books to project the mirage of recovery.

Bring up the image of the frog slowly being brought to a boil.
Those "low information" left-wing idiots, aren't capable of understanding that, they've already become like the oppressed in the movie, where they HAVE TO continue voting for the same party, or it's lights out.

"Oh that guilt after a revolution that pits makers against takers for takers entertainment propaganda movie. No more hope for the future and its the takers will rule society in the future."
In the novel and the movie there is hope. The heroine rebels and wins against the rigged game. She lives and there is hope along with the glimmer of the future rebellion a thoroughly disgusting ruling class.
