Or what you are prepared for.....
An average homeless guy here in Boston is all bundled up in wintercoat, cardboard, plastic sheets and papers. A homeless guy in Maimi or LA may not be all that well prepared to survive a sudden 40 degrees temperature dip.

Oh yes, that's quite true. Still, I would imagine that the average homeless guy in Boston could survive a 48 degree night in a Speedo. In fact, isn't 48 degrees in Boston an occasion to break out the Hawaiian shirts?
