Under what article and section of the Constitution is the "war on drugs" valid?
If you recall, less than a century ago, it was understood the federal government couldn't outlaw booze without a constitutional amendment granting them that power.
What power do they have to declare possession of a plant illegal?
This is an area I am not well versed in....so I won’t argue with you. My comment about “the tactics” had more to do with things like asset forfeitures, mandatory sentencing requirments, etc.
