A lot of things can happen, if the Dems only need 51 votes to pass any legislation.
That’s not true for putting forth a Constitutional Amendment. It takes 2/3 of Congress (both houses) passing the Amendment, first. Then it takes 3/4 of the states passing it (individually) - and usually that time frame is designated to be seven years - or it fails (the time frame usually put in the Constitutional Amendment proposal).
SO ... with those numbers and that procedure - it has exactly a ZERO-CHANCE of being passed ... :-)
Can’t do anything concerning an amendment with 51 votes!!!
