As explained in the video, Agenda 21 is a “soft law”....ratified by the UN, signed by POTUS 41 but NOT ratified by the US Senate (much like the UN Small Arms Treaty).
Nullification of a “signature only treaty” can be done in two ways: A vote in the US Senate or by a future POTUS “de-signing”.
