Thanks Jet Jaguar, blam, and Ernest_at_the_Beach! That's an interesting idea, blam, and interesting story about Voyager (didn't know that detail, and I've virtually known you for, wow, a long time now) -- passing huge amounts of data in a dense, "indestructable" format is a great idea, many steps short of the ST:TNG episode "The Inner Light" but highly interesting. And the possibility that millions of years old data storage may be setting around to be found is one of those out of the ballpark home run fascination ideas.

I have 3 rolls of 35mm film and around 7 disc films undeveloped from around 1985.

Are they still good?
The 35mm is easy i guess, get ‘em developed and find out!
The disc film.......i remember seeing some service online that will develope them for big $$$.....I wonder if the film is still ok?
The pictures themselves......i can only imagine.
I was around 18 years old.
