Killing dogs is getting to be S.0.P. - standard operating procedure. Can any LEO say otherwise?
There were over 100K+ LEO’s that did not shoot a dog today.
Don’t throw the baby out with the bath water lest you invalidate the argument some make that 70 million gun owners did not kill someone today.
It is not SOP it was two doofuses that were scared of a dog.
