Adult film production company Vivid Entertainment, along with porn actors Kayden Kross and Logan Pierce, have filed a federal lawsuit against Los Angeles County, seeking to overturn a newly enacted condom law.

LA County voters approved a measure that requires adult film performers to use condoms while filming sex scenes within the county borders.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Vivid's lawsuit claims the new ordinance violates the performers' right to freedom of expression under the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

During a hotly debated build up to the ballot, proponents of the measure claimed they were working for the performers' own protection. Meanwhile, producers argued digital removal of the condoms from sex scenes would be too costly. They also threatened to take their business outside L.A.

The state is destitute financially, yet they pursue every business possible out of the state. They should simply leave the state.
It’s fun watching California implode. First they deliberately destroyed farming in the Central valley over a THEORY that a minnow could be impacted. Then they vote to name a sewage plant after Bush. They want to drain Hetch Hetchy reservoir so the Bay Area will have no water. They chased away the USS Iowa as a museum ship. They have chased all the power generation they can from the state.

Now they are looking for fresh businesses to harrass.
And they will stand there crying because their state is broke.

“It’s fun watching California implode.”

It won’t be too fun when the Federal government bails them out. Nor when those retards move to another state and destroy it. Libs are like locust swarms.

There is no Natural Right to Vice since ALL Rights in the US Constitution come from God and have to promote the General Welfare. Justice is a Virtue-—and to promote a Just society means to promote Virtue and demonize Vice.

The convoluted Marxists’ irrational “thinking” has got to be cleaned out of our courts. “Right Reason according to Nature”——is Common Sense and the basis of a Just Law.

Again—there is NO right to sodomize others——and there is Right Reason to make sodomy illegal, since it is destructive to the health and body and is not natural and always a Vice.
