My biggest worry after the death of the first two Amendments is the Fourth and Fifth Amendments.

The Fourth Amendment has already been shredded thanks to the TSA.

Are apartment buildings, hostels, and B&Bs ‘houses’ protected by the Third Amendment?

He’s correct about the on-going abrogation of the Fifth Amendment “secure in their ... effects” covers everything, including whatever one has in a vehicle or place of business. Those warrant-less searches at airports are beyond abusive, since anyone who fits a multi-point threat profile can be turned away at entrances.

Federal agents searching tottering grannies and babies’ carry prams simply boggles the mind.

If an establishment is owned by a corporation, union, or other collective, it’s probably not protected. At least it shouldn’t be, for such collectives aren’t really persons.
