I'm pretty sure it's been on 2 shows; Anthony Bourdain and Man v. Food. If I'm not mistaken, he sat down with Bourdain and did an interview. It's been a while since I've seen it and to be honest, my once bear-trap of a memory has been reduced to a sieve. For this reason, I make mental notes...

"Hey, that's Alice Cooper......he has a restaurant....funny, it's a giant hot dog with everything on it called, "the big unit"...LOL...hey, that travel channel guy looks completely comfortable with that thing....hmmmmmm.....Alice seems to notice that, as well......wow, those fries look awesome......mental note...>gotta go there and find out.....
