I thought it was OK. Make-up did a terrible job trying to age the folks in the other universe. Otherwise not bad, but you knew how it would end.

I liked it too, I thought they did a good job of wrapping up.
We even got to see Gene.

I miss Walter :(

I will never forgive the SOPRANOS for their crappy ending!

BTW, I loved “LOST”.

:-)

As a fan of Fringe I never missed an episode. I found the show imaginative and the cast of characters well played. The special effects were all excellent.

John Noble (Walter) was especially good in this show and provided some great comic relief. I wasn’t disappointed with the ending at all.

It may not have provided suspension of disbelieve but it did provide an hour of entertainment sans politics.

I'd never seen the show. Heard the name, but thought it was just a crime show about creepy killers.

Watched the two hour finale last night. First time I ever watched Fringe. Strange, but entertaining. Looked the show up on Wikipedia to read the plot synopses, but that just confused me more.

Agree that the “old” makeup was lousy. I wasn't even sure that those two were supposed to be old! “I spent 21 years in amber” didn't really explain it very well either...

Olivia was very watchable. Walter has a great voice.

If it comes back in re-runs I might watch.

All the Observer reproduction was artificial. September was the genetic father. Grown in a lab, not a woman.
