You can claim whatever you want, I suppose. The fact is that over 90% of all rape seed raised in Canada is GM. The farmer who was claiming to be victimized by Monsanto turned out to have propagated GM seed without have paid a license fee and when he got caught he claimed (unsuccessfully) that it all happened by natural accident.
