It never stalled, it acted just like it should. It was the socialist frauds on the left,who stalled out after pinning their hopes that they could blamed the dreaded industrial gas CO2 as the culprit, for political purposes. When CO2 levels rose and the temp. didn’t, that threw a monkey wrench into their grand plans of bigger government, more regulations and higher taxes.
