Mr.L: Sarah Palin Shall Thrive While Old Media Dies (spot on commentary)

Sarah Palin leaves Fox News and media liberals and moderate republicans rejoice. With knee-jerk hatred they say "she's done, dead, over." How many times have Palin supporters heard this song? I review some distorted reports about Palin's so called demise. Hey haters, did you hear Sloppy Joe McGinniss the lying plagiarist has terminal cancer? Yeah, karma's a ____. If the media types want to see something truly "dead, done, over or irrelevant" they should look in a mirror. Does Palin's decline to continue her contract with Fox News point to 2016? To Palin haters in the media and blogosphere: please keep declaring her "over, dead, done and irrelevant." Palin has a tendency succeeding in things when people tell that she can't or shouldn't. She has a track record of proving those people wrong.

If I file a frivolous lawsuit against you, will you emulate your heroine and tuck tail & run away?

There ya go bubblegummer, sounding more and more like your Rat buddies everyday.
Thing is, she beat every lawsuit filed by your pals and she continues to beat your hero's in the MSM.
As far as me running away, you really, really don't know me at all little buck-a-roo.
You're just a big mouth wired into a little Rat like brain, seems like to me.
As my mechanic buddy says about people like you, "Beat up old diesel rig with a big air horn and a broken u-joint, makes a lot of noise, aggravates people, but at the end of the day, accomplishes nothing".
Now on that note, why don't you run along and sit at your little hall monitor desk and watch out for those mean old blog pimps, VROOM, VROOM, HONK, HONK, HONK, VROOM, VROOM, HONK, HONK, HONK, LOLOL.

At least the BS is on the outside of my boots, unlike in your case, little buck-a-roo.
Got to be real squishy when you walk around.

HONK, HONK, VROOM, VROOM.

I don’t want reality show Sarah. I want Sarah — the successful political conservative genius Sarah to come on back and devote her talents where they are sorely needed.

Once the kids became the focus, that’s where I think it all went wrong with her. No one could even think about her accomplishments in Alaska or anywhere else ..it was all about the family — and the media became so painfully abusive towards those children. I coudn’t bear watching it or hearing it.

Let the kids have a private life and just do what she does best in politics ...that’s what I say. I can’t take any more Levi Johnsons, pregnant daughters, etc. Leave it at HOME.

I wish those who criticize persons who have placed their names on a ballot for public office, at any level, would summarize their own experience as a candidate for office. Have they ever given the public a chance to show their level of support for the public positions that the critic has taken?

There certainly is a conspicuous absence of any record on the legions of pimps the election industry (talk show hosts, commentators, newscasters, campaign organizers,etc.).

Wasn’t she suppposed to have been politically dead in Nov 2008; then again in July 2009 when she stepped down from the Governship after they tried to destroy her with bogus “ethics” charges. Then was she supposed to be dead after they framed her with the Tuscon shootings in revenge for the paramount role in the Nov 2010 rejection of the Obama agenda. She was certainly supposed to be dead when they released all those emails from the State of Alaska; but alas that backfired. And being a threat to the GOP ‘moderate’ rebranding in 2012 she was kept away from the main play. But they lost; who wants to vote for a Liberal/Democrat lite when you can vote for a real one. The way of the ‘architect of defeat’ Karl Rove has been tried. Big fail. Now it the time to try it Palin’s way.

I understand what you’re saying. But the media will never leave her kids alone even if the kids choose to leave the media spotlight. I guarantee you Sarah’s FIRST concern is for her children...that’s a true mother’s heart. And for that fact alone, she is one of the greatest influences for good in this country today.

Sarah Palin ‘quit’ as governor only because the hard left took advantage of a loophole in the state’s ethics laws to file frivolous lawsuit after frivolous lawsuit, to the point where it became impossible for Palin to raise money to defend herself and to govern at the same time.

Once the lefties had essentially overturned the decision of the Alaskan voters with legal shenanigans - forcing Palin to resign - the lawsuits, of course were dismissed or otherwise went away. No new ones were filed.

We should be angry at the fascist left for their tactics and at the GOP establishment for not better defending Palin - not at Sarah Palin. She was responsible for much of our 2010 success. My only criticism of Sarah Palin is that she should get a voice coach, and be careful not to sound shrill at high volumes.

The GOP will never have the success it deserves, until it learns to defend its wounded and to fight far harder to get the truth out over the din of the leftist noise machine and its friends, the media sock puppets.

One big problem. The old media is far from being dead. They are an important arm of the progressive movement.

You see, no matter how poorly they do financially, they keep on ticking, spewing propaganda, and burying the real news.

Undefeated! And ready to serve...

She's come a long way from first; challenging the liberal intelligentsia & media, telling them "I'm not here for you" and mocking Obama's pretentious styrofoam pillars (I loved that) followed by being dry-gulched bushwacked by Katie Couric & Co.

Still, we need folks who can navigate through hostile territory, and not get tripped up.

It was my good pleasure to catch David Keene of the NRA on CSPAN 3 as he spoke at a Christian Science Monitor sponsered "breakfast event" with a room full of media folks, most of whom appeared to be there because they were disapproving of the NRA in general (as most mushy-headed newsies are). In the question/answer portion, most of them seemingly sought to trip him up, or goad him into giving answers they could later pull out-of-context, quote and distort .

Keene was sharp, stayed on message, not allowing himself to be steered towards inflammatory statements, turning the questions honestly back upon and against the lurking agendas of that seeming room full of 2nd Amendment foes (judging by the expressions on many of their faces).

We need more with that man's savvy & deft touch. Sarah Palin might not be quite "it"... but I still like her (though I must confess I'm no follower, nor have seen/heard her much on Fox or elsewhere, being as for many years have rarely watched television).

I doubt I'll be able to attend the TexasCowboy memorial potato salad pass-around. Yeah, that will break a bunch of folks little' 'ol hearts, I know... but if I do make it, you could fully expect me to at some point in the evening say to you as you head towards an ice chest, "while your up, could you bring me..."

No worries, if anybody saw me waddling towards the cold ones, I'd be willing to fetch as many as could be reasonably carried, and smile all the while.

Being recently back in Texas, I'm already grateful for the wide availability of Shiner, and properly prepared chicken fried steak. Out West, i was once served some imitation that was covered in brown gravy. It was a sacrilege, one probably rarely dared in the Lone Star State.

Now if I could just figure out what church to attend, for good gravy, marie there are churches everywhere. Hallelujah.
