Nebraska State Senator Kintner will be submitting LB482 which will ban Agenda 21 in the state of Nebraska. It's based upon the Alabama law which was passed in 2012.

Here's the link so you can read the bill

Read below the action details....

TOPICS: Miscellaneous
KEYWORDS: 10thamendment; agenda21; kintner; lb482; nebraska; un
HERE ARE THE ACTION DETAILS:

Senator Kintner tried to get our bill switched to Government Committee (which would have been much more favorable), but was denied permission today- the word is that the left wants to intimidate and discredit him since he is a freshman conservative....

Judiciary Committee has reviewed the bill and we may get a hearing as early as next week - the new hearing list comes out on Friday, so I'll let you know!!

So.....here's where we come in! Your help is needed ASAP to start emailing and calling the senators to support Senator Kintner's bill so it can be debated on the floor....handwritten letters are fabulous, also. Here's the strategy: +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Senator Brad Ashford bashford@leg.ne.gov 402-471-2622 Email and call also - especially if you live in Omaha and let him know you are a constituent!

Senator Steve Lathrop slathrop@leg.ne.gov 402-471-2623 Email and call also - especially if you live in Omaha and let him know you are a constituent!

Senator Mark Christensen mchristensen@leg.ne.gov 402-471-2805 Email to thank him for being a conservative & ask him to vote yes - (we think he will )

Senator Colby Coash ccoash@leg.ne.gov 402-471-2632 Email and ask him to vote yes - (we think he will)

Senator Al Davis adavis@leg.ne.gov 402-472-2628 Email and ask him to vote yes - (undecided - ag senator from Hyannis)

Senator Amanda McGill amcgill@leg.ne.gov 402-471-2610 Email and call also - stress this issue is bipartisan & an American issue

Senator Les Seiler lseiler@leg.ne.gov 402-471-2712 Email and call also - stress this issue is bipartisan & an American issue!

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

If you are short on time, you can skip Christensen & Coash, but the rest are absolutely necessary!!

Folks, the battle is drawn. The liberal progressive globalists are very much against Senator Bill Kintner's LB 482. Agenda 21 is anti-property rights and pro population control, taxation and regulations and definitely anti-states' sovereignty. We need your help and your ACTION. BTW The bill is based on a law successfully passed in 2012 in the State of Alabama.

ACTIONS:

Here's the link so you can read the bill. http://www.nebraskalegislature.gov/FloorDocs/Current/PDF/Intro/LB482.pdf

Here's a reference for you that is done by Democrats in California. http://www.democratsagainstunagenda21.com/ in case you need more info....this is a great website

Here's a more conservative reference for you. http://www.freedomadvocates.org/images/pdf/USD-A21%20pamphlet_2012.pdf

Remember, the main talking points are this is a non-partisan bill - The National Republican Party has taken a stand against it, and Democratic groups are just as opposed. The heart of Agenda 21 is that it tries to take away our American private property rights.

Ask the senators to please have their staff do a little research on it - you might recommend Behind the Green Mask by Rosa Koire who manages www.DemocratsAgainstAgenda21.com above as a reference for how Agenda 21 affects cities, and "Taking Liberty" by Dr. Michael Coffman as a reference for how it is affecting our agricultural land. http://www.takingliberty.us/TLHome.html

Thanks for your help!!!

Bill Kintner is my state Senator. When he was campaigning, he happened to stop in at my very rural place and speak with me. NO candidate has ever done that before!

Good, Good conservative!

Impressed me and glad I voted for him.

I'll contact the senators you listed. Thank you!
