The BS these people come up with to scare the public is amazing! We don’t worry about this crap here in Western Arkansas. There is plenty of Venison, Bear, Wild Pig and road kill to go around and don’t need no damn high paid meat inspectors.

We have 50,000 white tail deer in the Southern half of Fairfax county, and 65,000 in the Northern half. We will survive.

You know it! We have half a bear, venison, elk and salmon in the freezer. We’ll have an entire steer that we’re raising wrapped and in the freezer before fall.

I’m considering some meat chickens this upcoming spring; already have layers for fresh eggs. What I REALLY want is a small milk cow, but so far Mr. Wonderful is agin’ it. (I’ll keep working on him!)

gosh it seems that with these inspectors, we had about 4 - 5 ecolia break outs from meat this past year, and who can forget the pink slime they were feeding the school kids, plus in our super markets.... maybe be better off just letting the companies take over..
