Sen Collins (R-ME) will vote for Colture, but will vote no for the Hagel Nomination.
Same as a Yes vote.

RINO trick. Doesn’t work anymore. Her pal Olympia Snowe tried the same when she voted Obamacare out of committee but then voted against it on the floor. She didn’t realize at the time but she was in her final term.
With Obamacare Dems had enough votes to pass.

Under committee rules, they could not pass it out of committee without a repbulican vote. She was it. That’s why they keep a rino on every committee. This is how the game is played. Tell your constituents that you voted against something when in fact you helped get it through.
If Collins does not think Hagel should be Secretary of Defense, then why vote for cloture? Just so there’s a floor vote? Well isn’t that nice of her.
You know how this corrupt “Two-Party Cartel” works. Someone will have to sacrifice & put him over the 60. Probably a recent elected RINO. Never expect CONgress to do anything for you or America.
