Obama is asked in the Google+ Hangout if he is interested in saving $100 million over 10 years by eliminating the Penny. Obama says he is not sure why we still use the Penny. Then he likens the Penny to useless government agencies. He says that congress will not let him unilaterally reduce the size of government. So big government is their fault.
Obama’s version of Nero fiddling ... I’m convinced he has not a clue of what ‘leadership’ means. When he kept his private Blackberry upon inauguration, it was clear that he was going to be absent from leadership. He is the Chauncey Gardener of the democrips party ... and the low IQ media love him.
The only way to get rid of pennies is to get rid of taxes :>)
