I agree. I don't know why people who hate the movies feel compelled to chime in on an Oscar thread. It's as if they're trying to say, "Look at me! I'm morally superior to you because I don't watch movies made in leftist Hollywood!"
I like movies. Always have! And I like watching the Oscars. My only complaint is now that I've gotten older and have kids, I don't get to the theater much and I wish the nominated films would find their way to Redbox sooner. As it was, "Argo" was the only nominated film I got to see. I'm sure I'll catch most of the rest once I can rent them.

The “I don’t own a TV, what’s a movie?” crowd here at FR are the worst people here. There’s a lot of topics here on FR that I don’t like but you don’t see me hanging out on those threads making stupid comments.
