Anyone who knows anything about Morrissey wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest by this. The Smith’s had a record in the mid 80’s called Meat is Murder (one the of top 5 80’s songs How Soon Is Now? is on it BTW). He’s a known vegan and psychopath and the most depressing songwriter in history... ;-)

The Robertson guys should take him out and have a snake drop into the boat. Then we’ll see how fast Morrissey (whoever the heck he is) changes his mind.

Morrissey's gone over the deep end but his song writing and composing abilities are amazing. One of the greatest song writers of rock, IMO.

[Morrissey] is a vegan and a staunch animal rights activist, Kimmel explained." He's also a staunch fag:
"If more men were homosexual, there would be no wars, because homosexual men would never kill other men, whereas heterosexual men love killing other men.

Morrissey loves animals so much that he has decided to become one. He has morphed himself into a complete Jackass.

Morrisey? Another “entertainer” who goes by only one name since he can’t remember two.

When I go down to the grocery store and walk past the produce section, I see people putting those bags of carrots into their buggies. I can hear the carrots screaming in terror, and I don’t want to even think about what those vicious people do to them when they get home. It makes me sad. SAVE THE CARROTS...SAVE THE LETTUCE...BOYCOTT MORRISSEY!!

As a Gen Xer, I grew up with The Smiths and Morrissey’s solo work.
He’s never made a secret of his politics (c.f. his song “Margaret on the Guillotine” for a particularly florid example). Nevertheless, sometimes his music was suitable for listening to when I was in one of those hormone-fuelled teen angst moods, and I’d sit in the basement, brooding and writing dark poetry.
Nevertheless, even then, most of us wave and punk fans used to joke amongst ourselves that every Morrissey album was sold with a razor blade, and the admonition that it’s: “down the block, not across the street”!
