Only in the Alice in Wonderland world of Federal baseline budgeting does the sequestration represent a cut to government spending: the 2% doesn’t cancel all of the built in increases to Federal spending produced by the baseline calculation: the Feds will still spend more this year than they did last year.
Just remember: a 2% cut is what all working families got when the payroll tax holiday ended.

Sequester = good thing
to keep the same size government has to increase by the inflation rate. if it doesnt then it IS a cut.
