My wife and daughter got us a 4 lb. Chi Dog, when he was very young.
Now years later, I can state without reservation, he is the worst pet ever.
Pisses where he wants, poops where he wants, bites me, etc.
They even paid for a trainer, to teach them how to train the animal. Wasted money.
Next pet, I get to pick.
There is something about the little ones and marking territory. We have tried everything. As cute and loving as they are, I probably won’t get another one. I have one that will bite anyone else, but will let us torture him (he is sick, has to get baths, meds, ears scrubbed) without so much as a threatening look. But if the vet looks at him, he turns into the tasmanian chihuahua.
