YES! A far better choice.
But we don’t get that choice.
What we do get is the bill for the life long care of said Down’s Syndrome cases.
I therefore suggest we replace Congress with Down’s cases. They will be more empathetic, steal LOTS less, and will be glad to see their constituents.
I had a blood test when pregnant but no invasive tests. The doctor said I had a 70 percent chance the baby would be Downs. I refused any other tests and the baby was not born with Downs but was perfectly normal. I was prepared if the baby had been Downs but I wish I hadn’t taken the blood test.
