WHO let the dogs out?

The dogs' owner told FOX 12 that children in the neighborhood often let the dogs out.

I had to run a gauntlet of weiner dogs on my way to school as a kid. Neighbor had two of them. They never bit us, but they would run up and bark, and always with that worried look on their faces that weiner dogs have.

I expect that some ethnic restaurant owner will volunteer to “adopt” the dogs.

We need to ban Chihuahuas. At the very least we need to ban people from owning 2 or more. Why do homeowners need more than 2 Chihuahuas for protection? The Deer Head Chihuahuas or assault Chihuahuas should be banned altogether.

Miniature Chihuahuas could potentially be concealed Chihuahuas and require a concealed Chihuahua license.

All Chihuahua owners should have to register their Chihuahuas and be fingerprinted.

Maybe Chihuahua owners should take anger management classes.

I could go on but these types of liberal talking points bore me.

The father should have been able to keep the girl from being bitten by picking her up. I have to wonder why he didn’t. Doing that would have been my thought. (Stomping on the rats would quickly follow.)

Are there any good tempered chihuahuas? Every one I've met has had an evil disposition. Dachshunds are the same, but any dog bred to chase badgers down their holes are entitled to have an attitude.

What kind of father needs a crossing guard to rescue his little girl from chihuahuas.
