I pray the State allows the adoption of this precious child to a wonderful couple who will love her and keep her from harm. The so called “parents”... I would have no issue whatsoever of executing them myself. Anyone that would do that to a child is beyond sympathy or redemption in my book.

Agreed. Further, the hanging should be public and preceded by a whipping. Public hanging and whipping are not cruel and unusual punishments as they were common at the time the Constitution was drafted and enacted.
