There have been a couple of others who'ved shared your zombie-kill-a-minute desires (on earlier threads), so I was generalizing.

Actually, I make fun of the gratuitous Daryl-has-tokill-a-zombie-in-every-episode requirement in my post, so I'm hardly one of those.

I don't give a damn what you want.

You took a position that what makes this show so great is "character development," but you can't actually defend that position. So when you don't "give a damn what I want" what you're really saying is: "I can't actually defend the inane piffle I posted."

If this show isn't your cup of tea, why are you still hyperventilating over it?

I like the show. It needs to get better. It's been awful since the break. It's getting to be a soap opera where nothing happens except on Friday, when the cliffhanger comes. With WD going at the pace it has, we'll get a cliffhanger at the season finale instead of the end of the week.

Oh, I think I see now. You don't think watching the Walking Dead is something you can do while continuing to nurse your impression of yourself as an enlightened, [yada, yada, yada]

When the post started, I was a fourteen year old kill a minute type. Now I'm accused of being arch. Actually, I'm having fun at the expense of someone who regards a show about the Zombie apocalypse as anything more substantial than good old fashioned entertainment [that would be you.]

your raving about a show you can't stand

The only one raving here is you. I've parodied an episode of the Walking Dead that was really a Seinfeld episode; it was a "show about nothing." You're unhinged over that. Have a nice soothing adult beverage and calm down. It's just a show on television, and making fun of it isn't the same thing as burning a Bible.

My homosexual hairstylist told me once that "boi" is a term fags use. Funny how you keep using it.

Not the least bit surprised to hear that your homosexual hairstylist doesn't know his @ss from a hole in the ground; in fact I'd be surprised if he had any idea of its proper use. I've only used "boi" in the context of "fanboi." That's all. Homos may have tried to expropriate it, they've done the same thing with a lot of other words. But sorry to disappoint you; I have a wife of 30 years, several kids, and an unblemished record before that of heterosexuality, and the word fanboi comes from the gamer/tech lexicon, and homos can't claim it.

Here's the definition:

Geek Term related to forum users who think a product/company/person can do no wrong. .

Based on your obvious agitation over a stupid television program, I'd say it applies in spades.

“You’ll never get near him”, and she responded, “I will if they don’t see me coming.”

Yep, that's where it was.......FWIW, I don't trust Milton.

Neither does my husband. I mentioned that I thought Milton might work out as a member of the group, and he said (and he's right, really) that Milton is too afraid of the governor to be trusted. And I remember seeing a really quick shot of next week's show where the governor slams him against a wall.

Also, I guess Milton is still supposed to be watching Andrea and reporting back.

I don’t trust Milton at all. What is his motivation? Is it fear of the Governor? Or does he like the Governor because the Gov. allows him to do his weird zombie experiments? Both?

I think Milton is definitely afraid of the governor. I also believe, being the reclusive, socially inept person that he is, he’s awed by the fact that the governor accepts him as a friend (or so he thinks).

His science, though.....he doesn’t seem to do much of anything worthwhile. Seems to me he just messes around that lab of his in a dreamworld. Remember when he was doing some kind of meditation and the governor yanked the headphones off his head, lol?
