You have to understand that the Market and Kreuz have kind of a family blood feud going between them. Same family but different business expectations.

BBQ in Texas is special and beef. BBQ in N Carolina is pulled pork, vinegar, spices and no sicky sweat sauces (my favorite).

....and then there is “grilling” which is something totally different, but good at times.

I’m not at all a fan of BBQ....but I must say that NYC is the steak house capital...the deli capital...and maybe the sushi capital.But BBQ? Good God...I don’t even think that there’s a country music station within 100 miles of the city.

I will admit, that probably my favorite all-time BBQ place I’ve been to was the original Dinosaur Bar-B-Que in Syracuse, that I used to go to all the time when I was on business up there.

Ah, but the huge difference is, in Texas you don’t need government permission to consume a sandwich like the one in the pic. Nanny Bloomers would be pawing in there with his sausage fingers, removing half the ingredients.

You’re right, y’all have the BEST Barbecue, Pizza, theater, movies, police, parks, airports, politicians , schools and people.... Don’t come down here, we’re awful and backwards. In fact if you could arrange to kick us out we’d be grateful.
