I’m having problems too but since I’m a 79 year old grandmother and not a 3 year old, my computer skills are not the best.
Please tell me how to access “Preferences”
At the top left of the page you should see “Forum Acccount ..etc..”
Click on ‘Account’.
A page with a list of options will come up.
Go about a 1/4 of the way down the page and you will see ‘My Preferences’.
The second listing on that page will list ‘Browsing’.
Click on ‘20 results per page’.
