I had heard that....wonder if it had anything to do with his changing course and going into the priesthood. Obviously, God has blessed him despite the single lung.

"“don’t show me how the piggies eat!”

Grunting...Ralphie looked like he would like to be anywhere else but at that breakfast table!

Fun movie.

It is 73 and sunny-I just got back from a bid.

No matter how I cogitate
I can’t make a lot of sense
Of how the Obama mafia tries
To spin the facts and events-

There are a few witnesses
To the Benghazi attack
But Obama sends Carney out
To yet again take the flack

How very like Richard Nixon-
Shred all the paper, then tell
The witnesses to just shut up
Or he’ll send them all to hell...

I’ve always avoided sitting near ill-mannered kids and/or obese adults when dining out. I didn’t want my well mannered child to see that other kids acted like barbarians, so I was not shy about asking for another table-eating out was a rare treat for struggling young parents, so I wanted to enjoy it.

Both MrT5 and my 1st husband claimed that having to see a fat person shovel food spoiled their appetite.

I saw the video of Feinswine berating Cruz again and refusing to answer the book question as if she’d never heard such a thing-the woman is truly dumber than a box of rocks.

Today is my first husband’s birthday-he always was teased about being born on the Ides of March, but maybe it was a bad omen, considering he died like Caesar did...

He was assassinated? OMGosh. How tragic.

I have a banquet tomorrow night that I am chairing. Picked up my t-shirts today. They turned out even better than last year’s. I am so excited about them. One of the younger guys picked the baseball style shirt and we used last year’s design. They turned out even better than last year. Awesome. I am all organized so far. Have lots to do tonight. Then we party Sat night and I can breathe a huge sigh of relief. Another banquet towards the end of April and banquet season is over at long last. Why do I get myself into these things?

It sounds great-I’m sure everything will be perfect-and you do it because you can’t say “no”.

I believe the proper term for that type of assassination is a “hit”-the husband of the woman he was shacking up with hired someone to get rid of him. The woman was in her mid-20’s-and XXXX always had a roving eye for much younger women, especially the attached ones. He was a risk taker with a serious death wish...

While visiting Detroit once we were leaving town and stopped at an all you can eat breakfast buffet. We got there and seated and all was well....then the tubbos started arriving. I mean 350 and up. OMGosh....grossed me out. I couldn’t even go up for seconds, I was gagging.

Gah! MrT5 would have been on his way out the door with me in lockstep...

When I was in the middle of hard times and divorced, I had an extra job at a big furniture store. On Saturdays, all the ultra fatties would come through the store like a herd of Hippos, testing the couches and chairs for comfort by sitting on them, which made all the employees grimace, expecting chairs to collapse in a pile of kindling and fabric-and the couches squealed like caught pigs, too-it was a riot...

I checked the USCCB website and she is right. Fasting is for all 18-59, but abstinence from meat is for all 14 and up.
