It was Government plates but it had Texas on it. No blue stripes just their logo.
Did it say Texas on the plate or the door or somewhere else on the vehicle?
In case you’re still lurking... I checked our vehicles just to be sure. Both marked and unmarked DHS vehicles have U.S. Government plates with NO state markings on them at all.
Our marked vehicle is white with a huge blue stripe.
Whatever visited you was not DHS.
