FULL TITLE: Teenage boy ordered by judge to tell court of the moment he filmed 'vomiting, drunk girl, 16, being touched intimately on backseat of car by Ohio footballer accused of raping her'

The teenager who filmed the alleged sexual assault of a drunken 16-year-old at the centre of the Ohio rape case was today dramatically forced to testify by a judge after he sought to invoke the 5th Amendment.

In an explosive exchange during the third day of the trial of two Steubenville footballers, the witness - who was key to the case being brought in the first place - had his bid to exercise his right denied.

He went on to describe how he filmed - and then deleted from his iPhone - footage of one fo the accused, Trent Mays, digitally penetrating her in the back of a car, how Mays put his penis in the mouth of the teenage girl and how he viewed the notorious picture of her being carried by her arms and legs as a 'bad joke'.

Judge Lipps said that the testimony would ‘further the administration of justice (therefore) you are hereby ordered and compelled to answer questions and produce testimony.’

Yet in a move that will infuriate many, the assured the 17-year-old, a close friend of Mays, 17, and his co-accused Ma’lik Richmond, 16, that the immunity he had been granted at the probable cause hearing last October continued to protect him from prosecution in the State of Ohio.

Last September the state’s Attorney General issued three almost identical letters promising immunity to key witnesses if they testified.

The State has received a petition with close to 90,000 signatures calling from the prosecution of this witness.

No. He rarely drank after that experience.

Did anyone ever tell you that you bear a remarkable resemblance to “Bad Luck Schleprock?”

“Oh wowsy wowsy woo woo!”

oh so much better to have mom and dad do it to her FIRST so she won’t have any reason to be ambivalent about it when she goes off to middle school.

Attack? Schleprock was a beloved character on the Pebbles and Bam Bam cartoon! How can you sully a sweet childhood memory by calling Schleprock an attack? Have you no heart?

What next? Are you gonna call the Care Bears NAZIs?

lol. Amazing that someone would mock me for thinking its a stupid, moronic idea to get your minor children drunk. I put that in the same category as raping them, someone gotta teach them about sex before they go off to primary school I suppose. Big bad world out there. (probably can find those people on some of the libertopian sites I bet)

What an amazingly STUPID bunch of people you can run across online.

The care Bears were Nazi’s. They weren’t allowed to have their own ideas and thoughts, no they were forced onto a track. YOU have to be grumpy, you have to cheerful, that guy has to be whatever. You can’t be something else, that is the CareBear LAW! Don’t make them bring in Judge Dredd Bear for going out of line!

Careful buddy. Someone told me you can get in trouble for personal attacks against other FReepers.

I’m not sure whether or not to take the warning seriously. The dude sounded a lot like Eeyore from “Winnie the Pooh.”

Eeyore is a beloved character who suffers from clinical depression.

I thought they were hippies. A little annoying but not doing much beyond using drugs and stinking.

Who did I attack?

Attacking generalized stupid people on the internet is hardly personal.
