Doesn’t the girl have a father? A big brother?

I am not condoning this of course, but I remember a story about a rapist in southern Chester County Pa back in the 1980s. Once the media had identified him, he was visited one evening be some masked men who gave him a sex-change operation, no charge.

Gee - let’s see - they’re labeled sex offenders because - hmm - let’s think about this for a second - oh wait - i’ve got it - they’re labeled sex offenders because they committed rape (and then tweeted about it). Yeah, that’s it. In fact, I’m sure of it.

I agree I was just pointing out why the media would be defending the perps

I haven’t followed the case but did she drink voluntarily? Were the boys drunk? Any court opinions on excessive drinking

Careful!

Are you suggesting she deserved to be raped if she got drunk on her own and passed out? ..her fault?

Yeah, possibly starting with an internship with the Dept. of Injustice under Eric Holder.

Seems the D.A. isn't finished.

Steubenville Rape Update: Bystanders, coaches and parents will now be focus of Ohio AG Mike DeWine

"Rape is not a recreational activity," said DeWine.

Because of this, DeWine concluded that "this investigation cannot be completed without the convening of a grand jury." A grand jury can compel witnesses to testify. Possible charges that might result, said DeWine, are failure to report a felony, and tampering with evidence.

According to Ohio criminal code, "no person, knowing that a felony has been or is being committed, shall knowingly fail to report such information to law enforcement authorities." Rape is a felony.

Great. That punk, Michael Nodianos, needs to go to jail. He was 18, was there at the house (or 1 of the houses) where she was raped and joked about her being both dead and ‘so raped’. I don’t begrudge him his sick sense of humor, but since he’s 18, throw that sociopath in jail. And before he goes there, let him, for good measure, sweat a few pints of blood.

I don’t take any pleasure in the rape, the dehumanizing and depraved porn/homo/slut mentality and culture that led to the rape, the harm to the girl nor the harm the boys have done to themselves and their own lives.

I am thankful there is still justice because with amoral globalism/tribalism, this society could easily slip into a third world hell hole for women and girls.

It is just a sick and sad event, no matter how you look at it. Liberals have to be stopped in promoting animalistic sex to children and in the public square. If they want to be supersluts in their bedrooms with 100 men, fine, they can ruin and kill themselves. But they have no right to make self destruction a public, childhood, family, legal and government death cause.

My understanding is that she was targeted by the ex-boyfriend for a “rape crew”. I also am of the understanding that she was not exactly the most respectable of characters.

That being said, nobody deserves to be treated like that. Nobody. Drugged and assaulted, repeatedly, then uninated upon, and left in her front year for her parents to find. Then have pictures of the abuse circulated on cell phones and descriptions posted in victory on internet.

I can be a pretty cruel and uncaring person when it comes to adults, but at age 16, what could this girl possibly have done to the ex-boyfriend to warrant him arranging this as payback?

Leaves me speechless.

Amazing! The picture shouldn’t have been taken, but he thinks he was justified in raping her. He still doesn’t get it.

They uploaded a video (yes, live action) to YouTube. I’m glad the OH Attorney General is convening a Grand Jury. People had better be defecating bricks right now.

CNN mourning criminals is a fine example of why ‘gun control’ is more about protecting the criminals than society at large.

The poor criminals aren’t to blame for their evil deeds, and how dare anyone make a permanent judgement call on their acts of rape, robbery or murder? Don’t you pull a gun on that poor rapist! Don’t you judge him! You have no idea what led him to this sorry state of affairs!

No, victims and potential victims are not capable of deciding whether or not the man breaking into your house, car-jacking you or murdering your family is good or bad.

Only the left - the supportive, all-knowing, all-caring and sensitive left is smart enough to know why he’s that way and what schtruggles he’s endured. He may have been bullied! He may not have had access to vegetables! He might have been home-schooled! Don’t you dare judge the criminal - his life has been hard and now his future is compromised!

So shut up and let him rape you and kill you - you’ve had it easy all your life. Shut up and take it - you deserve it for being white, for being rich, for being republican. Nobody knows the troubles this poor murdering rapist has seen, but the victim has surely somehow caused it.
