Need for info.

How did you load them before? What program did you use? Are you talking about loading in the browser or in a separate video program? What browser are you using? Windows XP or 7 or 8?

Help us help you.

You might need to reinstall Adobe Flash Player.

Bummer...

1. Run Windows update. You may need to run it 2 or 3 times until you capture all the updates.

2. Go to www.adobe.com and load Flash, Shockwave and Air.

3. I am neutral on loading Java at www.Java.com . Others will have better opinions than I.

4. Go tow Accessories/System Tools and run Disk Cleanup and Disk Optimize.

Fun Times!

I'm pretty sure I was using Flash player. The videos are from exterior sites and I'm using Windows 7. I have down loaded the latest flash player. I a real computer novice so you will have to explain anything in layman's terms>

My fault... Sorry!

Select the Disk Defragmenter... Optimizer was wrong name.
