Just kill him right now.
I honestly believe they could have put an old fashioned “ball and chain” on him and he would have gnawed at it with his teeth to get out and go rape again.
Just too damn bad the other inmates weren’t successful in killing him. They tried but were stopped too soon. That would have been close to justice for him to have been beaten to death by the inmates in jail.
Innocent until proven guilty, sure.
