Seems like some in Africa like to keep them as pets (try google images for further examples). Sure beats the hoodies with their pitbulls for sheer bad-assness...

That is one well-fed hyena. Usually you see them in the bush and they are smaller, thin and scrawny. Domestication has served him well.

LOL, yes, a Maine Coon is a lotta cat! The guy didn't actually know that it was a mountain lion when he tackled it. He thought a big yellow Lab or something like that was beating up his dog. I'm sure that he had quite a start when he first looked that big kitty that he was holding onto in the eye.
