The parents of a young Pennsylvania girl who was sexually molested by their neighbor have sued the man in a bid to force him to buy their house.

This victimizes, not only this family, but everyone else whose property values are tanked by his odious presence. Why was he ever allowed to walk free after being convicted of child molestation?
Uh...laws, maybe?
Seems like a condition of his parole would be that he not be within 100 yards of his victim.
But in a sane world... He would never have been released from prison.
And in an even saner world, the man would suddenly end up shot to death with officials delcaring it a suicide.
I prefer the solution of burying him under the house or at least that’s what I would do.
