I will have to open a photo bucket account.

What I forgot is to ask how to keep my large dog from digging up my plants!! We put up a small garden fence and he went right over the top to dig — he likes to bury his things, toys, bones, any shoes he can steal.

Any solutions?

Thanks in advance!!

You need a taller fence. Some people use cattle panels which are easy to put up and take down. They're 16' long and something like 5' tall. Is that tall enough for him? If not, maybe attach two together (Tractor Tire Supply or a feed store will have them). Maybe a deer fence that's a couple feet taller (there's a metal kind and a plastic mesh which runs about a dollar a foot).

I have no experience with dog control, except to keep them in the house, and turn them out into the play yard or walk them on a leash.LOL.

Our subdivision restricts dogs to leash or pen outdoors, but we have a lot of irresponsible people that drop off strays in front of our entrance, and they roam the neighborhood.

They don’t usually cause us any problems other than occasionally a really big one will walk through and squash the new transplants.
