A four-year-old Chihuahua came to the rescue of an eight-year-old Chilliwack girl after a neighbour's pit bull attacked her and began biting her face.
Jenna Desrochers was outside in a backyard last Tuesday at around 5 p.m. PT when the neighbour's pit bull broke free from its enclosure and went after her.
Soon after, her grandmother's Chihuahua came to the rescue.
Anne Marie Desrochers, Jenna's grandmother, says the pit bull knocked Jenna down and began biting her face. Honey, a four-year-old Chihuahua, then came to the rescue by drawing the attacking dog away.
"The pit bull took Jenna down at the knees, that's what the owner had told me, and basically went for her face."
"Then, the Chihuahua was around...The pit bull ran for the Chihuaua. She was distracted enough," Desrochers said.

Did anyone see Mark Kelly in the area?
that is amazing
If it were me and my daughter, the negotiations would have centered around who was going to clean the dog's brains off the side of my house.
that and who was going to drive the pit bull owner to the hospital after I broke his damn jaw.
He still thinks he’s a wolf inside
If I were king, all the adult neighbors would get 15 to 20 hard labor.
That dog still has that look in his eyes like he’s ready to kick the world’s rear end!
And for the little chihuhua, her favorite food every day for the rest of her life...
Does anyone understand the difference in dog breeds between the savages like pits, Preso Canarios, etc etc, and dogs that bond, like tiny chihuahuas, or more regular sized Boxers, or Labs, etc...
Euthanize all Pitt Bulls.
Chihuahuas are fearless. Whoever said “its not the size of the dog in the fight, its the size of the fight in the dog” owned a Chihuahua.
Beleive it or not, PitBulls used to be human friendly good dogs, unless you were another dog. That was before holder’s people and equal whitetrash started collecting them.

How, pray tell, did he get into this conversation? Well...
...he has young kids and owns a pitt bull. Someone had to say it! And I'm not referring to Giselle, he also has a real one.
No. I don’t believe it.

Yo Queiro Niña!

No pittbull should be allowed in a residential neighborhood.
I had one of those things stalking me in my neighborhood. Scariest feeling I’ve had in a long time. Happily when I told the neighbor about she said she had been worried about the dog lately. She took it to the pound. Dog dead and gone now.
I agree. Say it again. And if any pit bull lovers are thinking of chiming in I’ve got a mean kitty for you.
