It is 60 and gloomy, a chilly breeze, and there was a light freeze Monday and Tuesday-Spring has retreated...

Obama’s minions have no claim
To any rhyme or any reason
Their lunacy is persistent
No matter what the season

They made another dumb mistake
In their out-of-touch belief
That we the folks are tractable-
And now they’ve come to grief

With falling approval numbers
To show they’re not above it
They’re taken to the woodshed
By those folks saying “shove it”...

A+++
Love “above it” rhyming with “shove it.”

Our afternoon sleet has arrived. Wouldn’t be spring around here without a dose of snow or sleet. SPRING, where are you!

Thank you! “Shove it” is the polite euphemism I use when the situation doesn’t allow for me flipping the bird and saying what goes with it...

I’ll pass on the sleet, thanks-our non-Winter frozen precipitation usually comes in the form of hard falling hail later on, which shreds tender new vegetable plants...
