Or maybe the city of Pittsburgh should hire police officers that lose these street fights.

Or maybe the city of Pittsburgh should hire police officers that do not get into these street fights, but rather use training and equipment and skills to resolve the situations without becoming street fights. Half of the men in my immediate family are police officers, and not one has broken a bone on any citizen in 130+ years of combined urban and rural service. Odd coincidence that this one has had two victims in just 3 years. Hmmmmm.
