It’s inside the condo, over south ceiling of basement, well-heated, climate controlled and the safe has 2 drysticks plus 3 *large* cannisters of silica gel, so it’s plenty dry.
Safe is wired/motion-sensored to security co’s dispatch ctr on 30-sec delay, and on 45-sec delay to PD/FD.
Glad it’s climate controlled. Humidity in the summer and condensation in the winter is a killer.
