They used to have orphanages for newborns who were not wanted. They’re all gone now in this country. I was given up for adoption in 1944 and dread what would’ve happened 30 years later if I was a newborn. I just think of the blood that has dripped from those poor innocents because of our insanity since 1973. Unconscionable.
Rush spoke about that once. It is not just the left that is afraid of orphanages. It is the classic image of them from the movie “Oliver” where the boy is holding out his bowl asking for “more” and the fat greedy workers are starving the skinny kids.
